Now another trailer record has been set with Disney announcing their newCaptain America: Civil Wartrailer had 64 million views in just its first 24 hours. That destroys Marvel’s previous record ofAvengers: Age of Ultronwhich had 31 million views in its first 24 hours.

For years now Morgan Creek has been trying to get a biopic ofTupac Shakur off the ground with little success. Up to now directors such asCarl Franklin,John Singleton, andAntoine Fuquaall boarded the project at one time or another and all eventually dropped out, with Singleton himself saying  “The people involved aren’t really respectful of the legacy of Tupac.” Time is now running out as Morgan Creek will lose the rights to Tupac’s music if a film isn’t in production by the end of the year. Now it’s being reported that Morgan Creek is looking at signing music video directorBenny Boomto get the process moving.

Yesterday a new spot for the highly anticipatedBatman V Supermanhit the web showing Batman/Bruce Wayne in chains as a prisoner of Superman and his soldiers. The spot culminates in Superman tearing off Batman’s cowl and the two starring off at one another. It’s been reported that a new full trailer forBatman V Supermanwill arrive on Wednesday.
