Tom Rourke writes: I watched a video recently about the Oscar categories and one of the things the video suggested was having an award for Best Ensemble Cast. I’m not sure whether it would be a good idea but there are some films, such asSpotlight, in which the entire cast are so good together that for me it doesn’t seem like one particular actor shines over another. At the same time the introduction of an award like this could result in a situation where the academy are giving out too many Oscars, thus devaluing their importance.
