Reigning “Queen of Halloween” Heidi Klum could have just thrown on a red dress, some lipstick, a wig, and high heels and few would have questioned her costume as that of Jessica Rabbit. However, that would be far too simple for Klum, who has become known for her increasingly elaborate Halloween preparations each year.
