The Cleaning Ladyis halfway through its fourth season on Fox, and the network has officially reached a verdict on the series’ future.Foxhas announced thatThe Cleaning Ladyhas been canceled and will not receive a fifth season. The show went through a heavy creative retooling between Seasons 3 and 4, and ratings thus far have not been good enough to warrant another season of the series. It’s unclear at this time if Fox will shop the series around. Starring in the lead role of Thony inThe Cleaning LadyisElodie Yung, who’s best known for her role as Elektra in Netflix’sDaredevilseries.The Cleaning Ladyfollows Thony, a doctor who comes to the U.S. searching for medical treatment for her son, but when the system fails them, she takes matters into her own hands.
In addition to Yung, only two other stars have featured inall 43 episodes ofThe Cleaning Ladyto date.Martha MillanandSean Lewcan both be seen in the Fox series as Fiona and Chris De La Rosa. Following one episode behind the bunch isFaith Bryant, who has appeared in 42 episodes ofThe Cleaning Ladyas Jaz De La Rosa, and then there’s a slight drop-off. BothSébastianandValentino LaSallehave featured as Luca De La Rosa in 34 episodes ofThe Cleaning Lady.Eva De Dominicican be seen as Nadia Morales in 33 episodes ofThe Cleaning Lady, and following behind her are other stars such asAdan Canto,Oliver Hudson, andSantiago Cabreraas Arman Morales, Garrett, and Jorge Sanchez.
Is ‘The Cleaning Lady’ Streaming on Netflix?
The Cleaning Ladyis currently not streaming onNetflixat the time of writing, but all new episodes in Season 4 can be streamed onHulu. Additionally, episodes in the previous three seasons can all be watched onMax, but HBO’s premiere streaming home does not feature any episodes from the most recent season. New episodes ofThe Cleaning Ladyrelease on Fox every Tuesday at 8 pm EST, and they begin streaming on Hulu the following day. The show first aired at the start of 2022 and has produced four seasons in just over three years.
